How Dotaloot reviews refund requests for account balance, failed transactions, and platform errors.

Eligible review cases

Refund review can apply to failed deposits, duplicate charges, technical errors, or platform-side balance issues. The support team may need timestamps, account details, and transaction identifiers.

Settled gameplay

Completed rounds, accepted wagers, and correctly settled results are generally not refundable because the result has already been produced by the game service.
